Surgical Health Partners, LLC ("SHP") develops, manages and invests in ambulatory surgery centers. SHP is led by a team of results-oriented of directors and managers. SHP's parent company, HealthMark Partners, Inc., is chaired by Andrew W. Miller, who was Vice Chairman of the Board of Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. from 1987 to 1990 and President and Chief Executive Officer from its founding in 1982 to 1987. SHP currently manages and invests in four ambulatory surgery centers and is developing two others.
